No shop, no framework contract

Letters out. Without anyone walking to the post office.

Zeddly Office is letter sending in the browser: upload a PDF or build a template, enter recipients or import them, approve — printing and delivery are handled by Deutsche Post. With cost centres, four-eyes approval and a check against the postal layout template before any paper is printed.

Who it's for

For people who have to write letters, not want to.

Office is built for organisations where post is an obligation and a mistake is expensive — with proof, attribution and a second signature where one belongs.

  • Law and tax firms

Client correspondence with a cost centre per matter, four-eyes approval and a delivery record for the file.

  • Trades and construction

Quotes, handover records and payment reminders to clients who never read email. Attachments travel in the same item.

  • Property management

Service charge statements, owner meetings, rent adjustments — one template, a thousand addresses from an import.

  • Clinics and practices

Appointment reminders and result notifications on paper, where digital channels are not permitted or not reachable.

  • Insurers and brokers

Contract changes and notice periods with a delivery date that holds up in a dispute.

  • Associations

Invitations to general meetings and membership notices for members who subscribe to nothing.

  • Agencies

Sending on behalf of several clients: separate tenants, separate sender profiles, separate billing.

How it works

Four steps, then the letter runs.

  1. 01

    Document

Upload a PDF/A or build a template in the editor. The address block is detected and the template checked.

  2. 02

    Recipients

Enter them one by one or import a list. Street and postcode are corrected against reference data.

  3. 03

    Approval

Set the cost centre and internal reference, check the preview, approve. Where four-eyes applies, a second person confirms.

  4. 04

    Sending

Printing, enveloping, franking and handover to Deutsche Post. Jobs placed before 14:30 leave the same working day.

Control

The difference is not the printing. It is what happens before.

Plenty of services can print a letter. What is missing in an organisation with more than one person is the record of who approved what, which cost centre carried it, and whether the item was deliverable at all.

Four eyes

Nobody sends alone.

Whoever creates the job does not approve it. Production starts only once a second authorised person confirms — with timestamp, name and job state in the log.

  • Switchable per tenant or above a value threshold
  • The log stays immutable, including after sending
  • Absence cover with its own permission

Attribution

Every item has a cost owner.

Cost centre and internal reference belong to the job, not to the invoice. The monthly view shows letters, pages and postage per cost centre — with nobody sorting anything afterwards.

  • Cost centres defined freely, separated per tenant
  • Internal reference for a case or property number
  • CSV export for accounting, monthly or on demand

Form checking

Anything that breaks the template does not go out.

Address block, sender line, fold marks and Deutsche Post's restricted zone are overlaid in the layout editor and checked before every job. A text block inside the restricted zone blocks the send instead of producing a return.

  • Template checking before approval, not after printing
  • Logo, company details and footer belong to the layout, not the template
  • A4 attachments travel inside the same item
